We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

• Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
